ESCO Site Panel and MSRE presentation Overview: For their capstone project, this year's MSRE students are evaluating the former ESCO site in NW Portland. On Wednesday, September 9, the PSU Center for Real Estate will host a panel with the public and private leaders behind the site's actual redevelopment, followed by the winning capstone team's presentation of their own concept for the property. Date: September 9th Time: 4:30-7:00pm Location: Montgomery Park (First floor conference room) Panelists: • Brian Ames, Walsh Construction - development team project manager • Brian Yarne, Mercy Housing - development team affordable housing partner (MSRE alumni) • Patricia Diefenderfer - City of Portland Senior Planner managing the project approval process • Dan Bower, Portland Streetcar managing the extension of the streetcar through the project site
